“But God remembered Noah and all the beasts and all the livestock that were with him in the ark. And God made a wind blow over the earth, and the waters subsided.”( Ge 8:1)
I love this Scripture. It’s a reminder that God remembers us. In those times of struggle and despair and utter dependance on His grace, He remembers us. He remembered us in the Garden of Gethsamane, too. Jesus is praying and through that entire prayer he is asking the Father to allow us to be with them in the end, to sanctify us in truth, that He keep us from the evil one (Jn 17).
Our God sees us. He hears us. And he rescues us.
